Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible In create and maintain online shopping website for retail sales direct to customers. Coordinate website content / activities with internal graphic designer and 3rd party partners to ensure all pages, products and prices are correct, up to date and parallel with trading at all times.
- Identify and survey market trends, new product launches/ innovations and stay up to date on trends in the e-commerce and retail industry.
- Implement strategies to grow revenue per customer base and strategies to acquire new online customers.
- Develop marketing strategy for campaigns based on sales target and budget. To provide sales promotion, discounts code and products detailed information.
- To liaise with retail e-commerce partner such as Lazada for campaign.
- Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings.
- Responsible for a variety of data analysis (sales date, product date, shop visit, orders) and through analysis and make adjustments to increase conversation rate, basket size, repeat customer purchase, new customer purchase.
- To overseas in all content generation especially publishing of products, cross-checking of inventories as well as pricing on market place (Lazada) and official store.
- To liaise with merchandising department on stock and promotional activities.
- To liaise with warehouse ensure stock availability and persistence, goods delivery to customer on timely manner.
- To manage inter-change stock accurately.
- To ensure smoothness in the online order process.
- To react and assist all customer enquiries through live chat and provide necessary assistance in guiding users buying flow.
- To track e-commerce metrics and run sales reports for analysis.
- Coordinate site content strategy and updates.
- Uploading and managing context on portal, ensuring all links are operational and navigation is in check.
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in e-commerce and retail experience are preferred for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): E-commerce/ Digital Marketing, Advanced Excel, Photoshop, Adobe Illustration.
- Google Adwords, AdRoll and Affiliate marketing experience with using SQL and Query Toll to analyse data.
- Young and driven, informative, hardworking & dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
